I did everything the coaches wanted me to do. I helped the coaches run drills and plays. Cleaned floors. Watch over the team. Observed what the coaches did. Helped the kids with dribbling, shooting, passing, boxing out, rebounding.

Interpretive
The most important thing I learned from my service learning would have to be the knowledge in drills and plays. It's the most important thing I learned because when I first started out, I only had a very few knowledge of these things and now, I know more and its important because I have found out that in being a coach, a life long learning of the game is needed in order to be successful.
Applied
What I did helped me answer my EQ because as I helped train and coach these kids, from when I first saw them as kids that just wanted to play and really just knew how to dribble and shoot but through discipline and hard work, I saw them improve dramatically in everything. Till now, they still lose but compared to before, they actually have a chance of winning a game now and to me, that's success.
