1. How did you come to coaching basketball?

2. How long have you been coaching basketball?

3. What has been the most challenging thing you've done while coaching kids?

4. How did you gain the respect of your players?

5. What do you do about scouting the other team?

6. Do have a plan that you follow to counter the plays of the other team?

7. As far as drills go, how do you know what to work on?

8. How do you introduce yourself to a new team?

9. Are there ways of knowing how to counter with the right play or is it just by following the designated play you ran with your team?

10. Did you take any classes about coaching and communicating or is it all by experience?

    #1:How is it that you got involved with coaching for this team? How has your experience here helped you grow as a person?

    #5: Do you scout for players on other teams? If so, how do you do that diplomatically (without upsetting the team's coach)?
